Mental Healing & Therapy Programs
Research Welfare
The Mental Healing & Therapy Programs, run by The Swasthavritta Foundation, are designed to support emotional well-being, mental balance, and inner healing through a compassionate and holistic approach. In today’s stressful and fast-changing life, many people experience anxiety, emotional pressure, loneliness, confusion, and lack of mental peace. These programs aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can understand their emotions, develop self-awareness, and move toward a healthier state of mind. The foundation works to promote mental wellness through counselling-oriented guidance, yogic practices, meditation, relaxation techniques, lifestyle awareness, and value-based healing sessions. The purpose of these programs is not only to reduce mental stress but also to strengthen emotional resilience, self-confidence, and positive thinking. Through expert-led sessions and accessible community initiatives, The Swasthavritta Foundation strives to make mental healing affordable, approachable, and meaningful for all sections of society. Our aim is to establish a therapy program to offer holistic health services to those in need and to individuals who value the effectiveness and mystique of our age-old traditional healing practices such as Yoga and Ayurveda.
The Research Welfare Program, run by The Swasthavritta Foundation, is a dedicated initiative aimed at uplifting the research standards of our country by supporting research scholars in their academic journey. The program is designed to create a better, more inclusive, and more accessible research environment where scholars can receive guidance, motivation, and practical academic support. Through this initiative, the foundation strives to help researchers in every possible way, especially those who need proper direction, expert mentorship, and exposure to quality research practices. As a step toward strengthening the research culture in India, The Swasthavritta Foundation facilitates free online seminars, workshops, and academic sessions. Researchers from any corner of the country can join these programs and learn from experienced university professors, research experts, and academic mentors. The program reflects the foundation’s commitment to building a knowledgeable, ethical, and research-oriented academic community.
