Volunteer to Internship Pathway
The Swasthavritta Foundation follows a simple growth pathway for students:
Stage 1: Volunteer Orientation
Selected students will first join as volunteers. They will be introduced to the Foundation’s vision, working areas, responsibilities, ethics, and project structure.
Stage 2: Skill-Based Task Assignment
Volunteers will be given small tasks according to their interest and ability. These tasks may relate to communication, event support, research awareness, social media, documentation, outreach, or administration.
Stage 3: Performance and Discipline Review
The Foundation will observe the volunteer’s sincerity, discipline, communication, learning attitude, teamwork, and task completion.
Stage 4: Paid Internship Opportunity
Dedicated and consistent volunteers may be considered for paid internships or project-based paid work, depending on performance, available projects, and organizational requirements.
Stage 5: Placement Assistance and Recommendation
Students who complete meaningful work with the Foundation may receive experience certificates, recommendation support, skill feedback, and placement assistance wherever possible.
Important Note:
Paid internship and placement assistance will be based on performance, availability of projects, organizational requirements, and the student’s skill development.
